Newton County Sheriff Keith Slape said that Josh Barbee, 30 of Conway, was arrested January 15,2011 for computer chid pornography. Slape said that the Sheriff's Office had been investigating the crime for sometime and that Barbee had been engaged to A Newton County woman that had found the pornagraphic material on the computer. Barbee is in the Boone County Jail awaiting arraignment.
