Newton County Sheriff Keith Slape said he recieved an early morning phone call of a suicide in Western Grove.Slape said when he,Newton County Deputies and the Arkansas State Police arrived they found Jason Cope, 39, of Western Grove dead by a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head. Slape said that Cope had suffered from mental problems in the past.
