At 10:58 a.m. on December 7th the Newton County Sheriff's Office recieved a call from a frantic caller saying that a woman had shot her boyfriend at their Piercetown residence. When officers arrived they found a first responder doing c.p.r. on a non-responsive male. The male, Shannon Price, 39,was pronounced dead at the scene. He was alledgedly shot by his girlfriend, Kerry Breedlove, 35, of the home. An argument escalated at the home resulting in the shooting. Breedlove is being held in the Boone County Jail on First Degree Murder charges.
